DESCRIPTION:
As an administrator user
I want to UPLOAD the employees documentation
So that it could be available in the database for any requirement

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:
El usuario del personal administrativo, tendrá la opción de subir un archivo (conteniendo la imagen escaneada de 1 documento) en formato PDF, en cada tipo de documento.
